it is equally possibly a little boy, and from the Golok area

  3. Poetic Universe Says:

    I think boy as well

  4. David Says:

Looks like a girl, got long hair

  5. Susan Says:

    Still impossibly cute!
Golok sounds so Lord of the Rings

  6. jacqui Says:

hmm thats Golum ….the selfish creature from LotR
‘cute’ is more like the cupie doll other half…
I must remember the distinguishing feature of girls is long hair

  7. Marie Says:

That’s a boy’s nose..most little girls have smaller noses when young..

  8. jacqui Says:

think ekhardt tolle has mastered the art of gobbledygook in those sentences…a little of the ’emperors new clothes’ sydrome

  9. Poetic Universe Says:

Don’t you love the way that everyone sees different things in a picture – and in a quote. Golok is completely LOTR – I agree. Golum, is not an association with Golok for me though he is relevant to this quote , i think, in almost a reverse kind of way. Golum represents the side of us that gets seduced by desire and unconsciousness, and it is only through being very present with his task that Frodo avoids becoming Golum himself. I love that Frodo ultimately recognises himself in Golum i.e his potential to become him, and doesn’t cast him out like Sam Ganges always wants to.
