    dharak was the other berries known as buckthorn in the west the little orange ones they make a drink from

      Thanks Marie Yep this is a Wendell Berry. Was that not clear? I am in Beijing and cant actually see the site uploading as I have set this week for auto upload in light of Chinese restrictions on viewing wordpress blogs. Is there irony in the term pick berries do you think?

    lovely clean shot… yes Lisa you have seen it before …I think Bruce is running the best ones…they are all great images and quotes but some are just so wonderful.
