Banzan's best meat

"One day Banzan was walking through a market. He overheard a customer say to the butcher. 'Give me the best piece of meat you have.' 'Everything in my shop is the best,' replied the butcher. 'You cannot find any piece of meat that is not the best.' At these words, Banzan was enlightened."

    this photo is too gross

It’s very gross, but at the same time I am a lover of meat, as are many Tibetans, including the D.L, and also feel that poetry doesn’t necessarily have to be sweet and soothing but can be confrontational as well. November 12th Cover Dog knowing himself, may think of this as sweet poetry and only gross as it is out of his reach – I guess it depends on our attitude toward death and eating meat and whether it is against our nature, immoral etc.

All of this said , it was intended to be controversial so I am very appreciative of your response.
