What if you fear death?

Good point Marie. Do we need to die to rid ourselves of the fear of dieing. This is probably true for many people. Thinking about death is what makes many people fearful and many people therefore don’t consciously think about death. I read that the DL meditates on death everyday as part of the process of coming to terms with death – practicing being in a positive mindset for when it does come – this being the key he explains to acceptance of what is – allowing him to dump his fears – as well as being essential to a good reincarnation.

if the sight of the blue skies fills you with joy, if a blade of grass springing up in the fields has power to move you, if the simple things of nature have a message that you understand, rejoice, for your soul is alive…
