Blame henry. He sent me a youtbe link to Audrey being gorgeous and sweet, helping the famine stricken Ethiopeans, back in the 1980’s.

Thanks jac. As I said , henry’s facebook post of Audry came at just the moment this photo crossed my editing light board.
I was just then trying to upload Audrey singing Moon River for you Marie – just for you to be properly haunted – and at the correct high pitch – but have to upgrade wordpress first before audio uploads are allowed.
In the meantime – here is a youtube clip for you:

‘more than a legend’ reminds me of that sporting man, cant remember if it was football or cricket, but he had such a good game and played so well that when they interviewed him he said, “i’ve been in awe of myself all day”.

also, i have a magnet with a picture of elvis on it and it sticks to the fridge and holds a little notebook and pen. it came from gracelands and says “the sun never sets on a legend”. now that’s gold.

What if you have no arms?
I wondered for a second what Helena was trying to get out of you, Hi Helena!
December 5, 2009 at 12:03 pm |
I thought about that too Susan. maybe we should change it to: Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, it’s at the end of your arm or prosthetic – And if you have no hands and not even a prosthetic one, then me with my hands I’ll help you get one so that you too – as you get older can remember you have another hand – the first is to help yourself, the second is to help others. –

I like the quote Bruce
We do have some responsibilities as part of human being- help others.
It could be just 1 or perhaps more as long we are not greedy when helping ourselves ..humanity and humility….mmmm !!!
